<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc1">そもそも人は“ずっと深く眠っているわけじゃない</span></h2>



<p>まず知っておきたいのは</p>



<p><strong>人の睡眠はずっと同じ深さではないということ。</strong></p>



<p>眠りには</p>



<p><span class="bold-red">・浅い眠り （レム睡眠）<br>・深い眠り （ノンレム睡眠）</span></p>



<p>があり、これを一晩に何度も繰り返しています。</p>



<p>そのため、実は夜中に一瞬目が覚めること自体は自然なことなんです。<br><br>なんなら<span class="bold-red">無意識ですが20回ほど起きて安全を確認してるとか…！！！</span>&#x1f631;</p>



<p><br><strong><span class="marker-under-red">&nbsp;問題になるのは「目が覚めたあと」</span></strong></p>



<p><strong>目が覚めることよりも</strong></p>



<p>そのあと眠れなくなること。</p>



<p>このとき体の中では<br></p>



<pre class="wp-block-preformatted"><strong>頭が働きはじめる<br>&nbsp;↓ &nbsp;<br>不安や考えごとが出てくる&nbsp;<br>↓ &nbsp;<br>体が緊張する&nbsp;</strong></pre>

<p>カギになるのは<br><br><strong><span class="marker-under-red">自律神経</span></strong></p>



<p>私たちの体には</p>



<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f;<strong>活動モード</strong>（交感神経）と&nbsp;<br>&#x270c;&#xfe0f;<strong>休息モード</strong>（副交感神経）があります。</p>



<p>本来、夜は副交感神経が優位になり&nbsp;<br>体はリラックスして眠りに入ります。</p>



<p>でも</p>



<p>・ストレス&nbsp;<br>・スマホの光&nbsp;<br>・考えごと&nbsp;</p>



<p>などによって</p>



<p><span class="marker-under-red">交感神経が優位なままだと&nbsp;<br>眠りが浅くなったり、途中で目が覚めやすくなります</span>。</p>

<p>鼻づまりやムズムズが原因で目が覚める人も多いようです。</p>
